As Polen Turizm, we respect and prioritise the privacy of our guests. For this reason, we would like to share the information notice prepared as the Data Controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to protect fundamental rights and freedoms regarding the use of personal data.

In this text, you can find information about the purposes of processing your personal data, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data can be transferred, the legal grounds for collecting your data and other rights you have under KVKK.

At any time, you may contact us to learn about the purpose of using your personal data, the organisations with which it is shared, and for what purposes, or for further information, you may review the “Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy” and “Cookies Policy” links provided at the end of the document.

Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data

As our valued guest, you can provide us with your personal and sensitive personal data, as well as data concerning your family and close relations (such as name, surname, date of birth, mobile number, email, gender, address, education, marital status, identity information, accommodation and expenditure details, invoice information, occupation, health data, food allergies, photographs, vehicle registration number, the names and emails of emergency contacts, guest product information, check-in and check-out dates, and agency/company details) via our reception desk, website, or through verbal, written, or electronic communication channels. We process this information to deliver better and safer services to you. 

Your personal and sensitive personal data will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above without your explicit consent, nor will it be shared with or transferred to third parties except for legal obligations and official authorities.

Your personal data may be shared, based on your explicit consent, within the country or abroad, with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and joint ventures, as well as with public institutions or organisations authorised to request such data due to legal obligations. Data may also be shared with domestic or foreign institutions, suppliers, authorised resellers, and business partners we collaborate with as part of our operations, provided that adequate precautions are taken.

Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data is collected in accordance with applicable laws via various channels, including our company, partners, group companies, affiliates, agencies, and contractual solution partners, either verbally, in writing, or electronically.

When you share your personal data with our company, you should ensure that this information is accurate and up-to-date, as this is essential for protecting your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant regulations. Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data

Your personal data, processed for the purposes mentioned in this information notice, will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymised when the purpose of processing is no longer valid or after the legally prescribed retention periods.

Protection of Personal Data

Our company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. In the event of any damage to personal data or its acquisition by unauthorised third parties due to attacks on our website or network system, we will promptly inform you and the Personal Data Protection Board.

Rights of the Data Owner

You have the following rights concerning your personal data:

a) To learn whether your data has been processed,

b) To request information if your data has been processed,

c) To understand the purpose of processing your data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

d) To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad,

e) To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

f) To request the deletion or destruction of your data,

g) To request that the actions taken under (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

h) To object to the emergence of unfavourable results due to the exclusive analysis of your data by automated systems,

i) To request compensation for damages if your data is processed unlawfully and causes harm.

You can submit your requests regarding the above rights by completing the “Information Request Form” provided at the link below, signing it with a wet signature, and sending it via registered mail to the contact address below. Requests will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Further relevant information and documentation may be requested from applicants.
