Seaden Hotels is a hotel brand established in 1998 by Polen Turizm Yatırım A.Ş., operating five hotels today.
Its first hotel, the 4-star Seaden Corolla Hotel, opened its doors in Side-Kumköy in 1998.
The brand expanded in 2009 with the launch of its second investment, the 5-star Seaden Sea World Resort & Spa, located in the Kızılağaç Tourism Centre.
In 2013, Seaden Hotels launched the 5-star Seaden Sea Planet Resort & Spa in the Kızılot Tourism Centre, bringing its portfolio to three hotels.
In 2017, the 5-star Seaden Valentine Resort & Spa began welcoming guests with its exclusive concept designed for those aged 16 and over.
The group’s latest addition, the 5-star Seaden Quality Resort & Spa, opened in June 2021. Located directly by the sea, this hotel offers exceptional service quality and has brought a fresh perspective to tourism in Side.
